These terms apply to the SEO Sheets add-on for Google Sheets and to seosheets.newnorth.nl. SEO Sheets is provided by New North Digital, Van Heemskerckstraat 8, 9726 GK Groningen, The Netherlands. By installing or using the add-on you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SEO Sheets retrieves data from Google APIs, such as Search Console and the Chrome UX Report, and writes it to your Google Sheets. The add-on is free. We may add, change or remove features, or stop the service, at any time.

2. Your account and data

You use the add-on with your own Google account and only for properties and URLs you are allowed to access. You are responsible for the spreadsheets the add-on writes to and for who you share them with. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use SEO Sheets to:

  • break the law or Google's terms, including the Google APIs Terms of Service;
  • access data you are not authorised to access;
  • overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the add-on or the services it connects to.

We may block access when someone breaks these rules.

4. Third-party services

The add-on depends on Google Workspace and Google APIs. Their availability, quotas and data are outside our control, and their own terms apply. Limits imposed by Google, such as API quotas or the number of cells in a spreadsheet, can stop a request from completing.

5. No warranty

SEO Sheets is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to make the data and reports correct, but we don't guarantee that they are complete, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Check important decisions against the source data.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, New North Digital is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data arising from the use of SEO Sheets. Because the service is free, our total liability is limited to €100. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.

7. Intellectual property

The add-on, this site and their content belong to New North Digital. The data you pull into your spreadsheets is yours. Google, Google Sheets and Search Console are trademarks of Google LLC; SEO Sheets is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the add-on after a change, the new terms apply.

9. Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Groningen, the Netherlands.
