This policy explains how New North Digital ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use the SEO Sheets add-on for Google Sheets (the "add-on") and this website, seosheets.newnorth.nl (the "site"). New North Digital is the data controller.
Summary
- Search Console, Chrome UX Report and URL Inspection data go from Google straight into your own Google Sheet. We don't store or view it.
- We don't store anything about you: no user account, no usage logs, no API keys.
- We don't sell data or show ads.
Google user data
When you install the add-on, Google asks you to grant these permissions:

Data retrieved from Search Console and other Google APIs is processed in Google's Apps Script environment while a request runs and written to the spreadsheet you have open. We don't keep a copy on our side and nobody at New North Digital views it.
SEO Sheets' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't use Google user data for advertising, don't sell it, and don't use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
What we store
Nothing. The add-on has no user accounts and keeps no records about you. Requests run in Google's Apps Script environment and the results go to your spreadsheet.
The Chrome UX Report needs a Google Cloud API key. You enter it each time you run a request. It is sent to Google with that request and not saved anywhere.
Before October 2026, the add-on kept a user record with your email address, settings and, for paying customers, subscription details. We no longer create or use those records. Order details from past purchases are kept for seven years because Dutch bookkeeping law requires it. Email us to have any other remaining data deleted.
Support requests
When you email us, we use your message and email address to answer you. We keep support email for as long as needed to help you and delete it after that.
This website
The site is hosted by Vercel. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Vercel processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect the site.
Sharing
We share personal data only with Google (Google Workspace and Google Cloud, which run the add-on) and Vercel (site hosting), or when the law requires it. Google may process data outside the EU; where it does, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention and deletion
Uninstalling the add-on stops all access to your Google data. To have data from before October 2026 deleted, email hello@newnorth.nl and we will delete it within 30 days, except for data we must keep by law. You can also revoke the add-on's access at any time in your Google account permissions.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to or restrict how we process it. Email hello@newnorth.nl. If you aren't satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your country.
Children
SEO Sheets is not meant for children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and change the date at the top when we do.
